Overview

Suhairi Majid Satay stands as a hidden gem nestled at 96, Jalan Peel, Maluri, Kuala Lumpur. This satay restaurant offers an authentic Malaysian satay experience, focusing on traditional flavors and quality ingredients that satisfy both locals and visitors alike.

The star of the menu is undoubtedly the satay chicken and the satay ayam daging & kambing. Each skewer features tender, juicy meat, expertly marinated and grilled to perfection. The satay arrives with a generous serving of rich, chunky peanut sauce that complements the smoky, aromatic flavors beautifully. The accompanying side of cucumbers and onions adds a refreshing crunch, while the nasi impit rounds off the meal with its soft, subtle texture.

Visitors often highlight not only the delicious taste but also the efficient and friendly service. Ordering is straightforward—pay at the stall or place your orders via WhatsApp for convenience. Though not available on major delivery platforms, Suhairi Majid Satay offers its own delivery service to ensure their satay can be enjoyed beyond the physical space. The restaurant’s location in a bustling area near Chinese eateries, combined with assurance of halal compliance, broadens its appeal to a diverse clientele.

The space reflects a casual setting where the focus remains on the food. It attracts families, working professionals, and satay enthusiasts seeking genuine Malaysian flavors without fuss. Long-time patrons, like PK Ong, proclaim it the best beef satay in Malaysia, while new customers discover a balance of tradition and taste that's tough to find elsewhere.

Interestingly, Suhairi Majid Satay operates another outlet in Salak South, managed by a different team. Despite slight differences in ambiance and payment methods, the satay quality remains consistent, a testament to the brand's dedication to its craft.

In summary, Suhairi Majid Satay delivers a memorable culinary experience rooted in authentic Malaysian satay traditions. Its focus on tender meat, generous peanut sauce, and accessible location makes it a must-visit for those craving soulful, well-prepared satay in Kuala Lumpur.

I love coming here for their satay! It tastes amazing, and the meat is really tender. The peanut sauce is super yummy too! Plus, they're quick with serving, which is great. Just order and pay at their stall—it's easy

Located around chineese food restaurant, a bit hesitant if it is halal or not but the seller said it's halal. I order 10 satay plus nasi impit. It was nice

Best satay in town. This place beats one of the more famous big name satay place for sure, so I'm surprised to see so few reviews for them. I think it's a good thing because I secretly and selfishly don't want them to go too popular/viral which could jeopardize their quality and kuah portion generosity haha but obviously they need all the publicity they can get so their business continues to thrive! Meat is tender and juicy, and they're always so generous with their tasty chunky kuah kacang and even the side of cucumbers & onion. Nasi impit is also inexpensive. The not so great part is they are not on any of the major delivery platforms so you can only arrange your own delivery or have to dine-in. They do have a whatsapp number you can ask questions, order ahead or arrange delivery from them only. They're on Facebook as "Suhairi Majid Satay" if you want to lookup any of their details. They actually also have another location in Salak South (outside Fatty Mok Yong Taufu) by another team of people (though satay taste comparable). That location is more old school and accepts cash only. No e-wallet.

One of the best Satay for me in the Klang Valley. I don't feel the need to go to Kajang to get my satay fix. The chicken and beef satay is tender, smoky and has nice crispy "burnt" bits on the outside. The peanut sauce is also thick, delicious and not too spicy.

Bought from this stall more than 3 times. Easy payment with touch n go. They have satay chicken, beef and mutton. Satay gravy is nice as always. Most of the time will takeaway only due to the hawker environment can be very hot and strong cooking odour. Very difficult to find parking here and need to double park to takeaway.

A highly anticipated satay stall that delivers! Ordered 5 beef, 5 chicken and 5 mutton for RM25 FC with a waiting time of 15 minutes. What I like about the satay: - The meat is well marinated with spices and sugar. Good ratio of fat to meat. - Well grilled and it ain’t overly charred. - Meat is very tender - Peanut sauce is on the sweeter note but with great consistency.
